The moment you step inside, the scale of the main room stands out. The living area feels refined, warm, and residential, with wood floors, exposed brick, generous proportions, and a functional fireplace anchoring the space. It is the kind of room that makes the condo feel special from the moment you arrive.

The living area is made for relaxed evenings, reading, or settling in after a day out. In winter, the fireplace brings a beautiful sense of warmth after snowy walks through the old city. In summer, air conditioning provides welcome comfort.

The kitchen is compact, beautifully finished, and well equipped for everyday cooking during an extended stay. It includes full-size appliances, a dishwasher, cookware, dishes, wine glasses, a kettle, toaster, French press, electric drip coffee maker, blender, and basic cooking essentials.

The bedroom is calm and comfortable, with quality linens, bedside lighting, a ceiling fan, and practical storage. Guests have access to a dresser, a wardrobe with hangers and shelves, a luggage rack, and a full-length mirror. The layout works especially well for one or two adults who value a calm, polished place to rest.

The bathroom is compact, distinctive, and well appointed, with a bath-shower combination, hot water, towels, basic essentials, and a unique concrete-and-wood vanity.

For daily convenience, the condo includes an in-unit washer and dryer, an iron, a drying rack, and high-speed 1 Gbps fiber Internet. It is best suited for guests who want a comfortable, self-sufficient home base for several weeks or months.

Guests have access to the entire condo, including the living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and in-unit laundry. The building's common areas are shared with other residents and are for circulation only.

This is a residential condominium, not a hotel. It is best suited for one or two respectful adults looking for a calm, independent stay.

To make your arrival more comfortable, a basic inventory of supplies is already in place: toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, laundry detergent, garbage bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, cleaning products, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, cooking oil, salt, pepper, a few basic spices, and fireplace supplies such as bagged firewood and kindling.

For mid-term stays, we follow a chain of kindness: each guest replaces what they use so the next guest finds the same level of supplies.

The cleaning fee covers only the regular cleaning after your departure. You are responsible for keeping the condo clean and in good condition throughout your stay. Additional cleaning services may be available during your stay for an extra charge.

The condo itself is on a single level, with no stairs inside. However, there are a few steps at the main building entrance. Please consider this if you have mobility concerns or are carrying heavy luggage.

The building has older architectural features, including original-style windows and a wood-burning fireplace. These elements add a great deal of character, but they also require care and respectful use.

For safety and comfort reasons, the condo is best suited for adults. The building and layout include historic features, hard surfaces, decorative objects, small accent tables, and a working fireplace, so it was not designed with young children in mind.

A 12,000 BTU ductless mini-split air conditioner is located in the corridor near the bedroom. As with many older buildings, temperature distribution can vary slightly from one area to another. Fans are available to help circulate the air.

There is no on-site parking. This location is ideal for guests who enjoy living without a car, with major landmarks, restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, shops, and public transit options within walking distance.

Old Québec is a lively historic district. While past guests have described the condo as surprisingly quiet and well insulated, occasional city sounds, festivals, street musicians, conversations, or nearby activity may be part of the experience depending on the season.
