There is no dedicated parking for the apartment, but several paid parking options are available nearby, including public parking lots and metered street spaces.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and does not have an elevator. There are two flights of stairs, which may not be suitable for people with limited mobility.

The building is mixed-use with a cafe on the ground floor. The apartment is on the second floor, with another unit on the first floor serving as a buffer to reduce occasional noise from the business below.

The apartment is located on a bustling main street where each building houses shops and boutiques on the ground floor. This vibrant urban setting can be noisier, which may not suit those seeking a quiet, secluded location. It's ideal for those seeking a neighborhood atmosphere and city life.

Upon arrival, we provide an initial supply of consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, wipes, body wash, coffee, salt and pepper, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, and laundry detergent. Once these items are used up, it is your responsibility to replenish them. Grocery stores are nearby.

The cleaning fee covers cleaning after your departure only. You are responsible for keeping the apartment clean and in good condition during your stay. If you require cleaning service during your stay, an additional fee will apply.

L’appartement se trouve dans un immeuble facilement reconnaissable grâce à la présence du Café Cantook au rez-de-chaussée. Il est recommandé de stationner temporairement dans un stationnement payant à proximité ou une place de rue avec parcomètre pour décharger vos affaires.

Si vous utilisez le transport en commun, descendez à l’arrêt de la ligne Metrobus 807, situé directement en face de l’immeuble. Cette option de transport est très pratique pour se déplacer dans la ville.
