This bright, carefully renovated apartment combines old-world charm with modern comforts. Large windows with transoms, elegant woodwork, and hardwood floors create a warm and inviting ambiance. Located directly above a neighborhood café, the apartment is filled with the sweet aroma of freshly brewed coffee every morning. A perfect setting for experiencing local life in all its simplicity.

You will stay in a bright and carefully furnished apartment, perfectly suited to extended stays. The decor highlights noble materials and warm textures: natural woodwork, carefully chosen textiles and well-integrated wall works give the whole an ambiance that is both sober and welcoming.

The living room features a sleek sofa, an accent chair, and an inviting chaise longue for reading or simply relaxing. Two large north-facing windows diffuse soft light onto the light-colored walls and decorative elements. A discreetly integrated work table provides a comfortable seating area, while a 49-inch smart TV completes the look for relaxing evenings.

The kitchen stands out for its functional yet welcoming style. It features modern appliances (refrigerator, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, and washer-dryer combo), a clear countertop, and all the accessories you need to cook like at home. Two stools provide seating at the lunch counter, and the adjoining dining room with built-in china cabinets creates a welcoming atmosphere, enhanced by a well-chosen lighting fixture and pops of color on the walls.

The master bedroom, closed by an elegant double French door with privacy glass, offers a queen bed, two windows, blackout curtains, a large wardrobe and refined decor with natural accents. The real wood interior doors add to the perceived quality of the whole.

The second, more compact bedroom is cleverly designed. It features a double bed, a closet, a wardrobe, and minimalist decor designed to offer both comfort and practicality.

The bathroom, narrow but well-appointed, is decorated with simplicity and clarity: glass shower, small vanity unit with storage, light tiles and window to ventilate and light the space.

Finally, at the rear, a covered terrace allows you to enjoy a private and sheltered outdoor area. Two armchairs and a small table are installed there, in an intimate atmosphere which extends the neat style of the interior.

We only accept stays of 31 nights or more.

To make your arrival more comfortable, a basic inventory of supplies is already in place: toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, laundry detergent and fabric softener, garbage bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, cleaning products, hand soap, body wash, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, cooking oil, salt, pepper, and a few basic spices. For mid-term stays, we follow a chain of kindness: each guest replaces what they use so the next one finds the same level of supplies. These items are there to make your arrival easier and to maintain everyone’s comfort.

The cleaning fee only covers cleaning after your departure. You are responsible for keeping the apartment clean and in good condition during your stay. If you require housekeeping during your stay, an additional charge will apply.

The apartment is located directly above a cozy and busy neighborhood café. During the day, you might hear customers talking or background music playing. The aroma of freshly roasted coffee also fills the space, creating a unique ambiance that many appreciate. This type of environment is ideal for those who enjoy living in the rhythm of the neighborhood. Peace and quiet return as soon as the café closes in the late afternoon.

The rear terrace is for your private use. It is covered and furnished, perfect for relaxing even in the rain. The tenant of the upper floor sometimes uses the rear staircase leading to the courtyard, located near the terrace.

The apartment is located in a period building. The floors sometimes have slopes, and the materials are well-worn. These details are part of the character of the place and reflect its history.

The accommodation is accessible via an internal staircase of approximately 15 steps. It is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Parking is not included with the accommodation. Paid parking options are available in the surrounding area, as well as metered or stickered street parking.

À votre arrivée à Québec, dirigez-vous vers le quartier Saint-Jean-Baptiste, situé à proximité du Vieux-Québec. Pour rejoindre ce quartier, suivez les indications vers la rue Saint-Jean, une rue principale à sens unique bordée de boutiques et de cafés.

L’appartement se trouve dans un immeuble facilement reconnaissable grâce à la présence du Café Cantook au rez-de-chaussée. Il est recommandé de stationner temporairement dans un stationnement payant à proximité ou une place de rue avec parcomètre pour décharger vos affaires.

Si vous utilisez le transport en commun, descendez à l’arrêt de la ligne Metrobus 807, situé directement en face de l’immeuble. Cette option de transport est très pratique pour se déplacer dans la ville.
