The living room invites you to relax with its two-seater leather loveseat, two bergère armchairs, and 50-inch television, while an entrance wardrobe adds a practical touch.
The sleek, fully equipped kitchen features an 18 cubic foot refrigerator, a ceramic glass stove, and a built-in dishwasher. For easy meal preparation, you'll also find a toaster, Keurig coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, hand mixer, electric fondue pot, and rice cooker. A spacious pantry completes the space.
The two welcoming bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, built-in wardrobes and blackout curtains, ensure peaceful nights. The modern bathroom includes a 36-inch corner shower and heated towel rail for added comfort.
The enclosed office is perfect for remote work with its desk, computer monitor, and 1Gbps wired Ethernet connection. This versatile space also hides a stacked washer and dryer, small wall cabinets, and a folding table, allowing for a quick transformation into a laundry room.
A 12,000 BTU heat pump provides air conditioning in summer and pleasant heating in winter. Outside, the terrace equipped with an electric barbecue, a table, two chairs, and decorated with a string of lights, creates a friendly atmosphere for the evenings. A dedicated parking space is accessible at the back, perfectly completing this apartment designed for a prolonged and comfortable stay.

The apartment is located on the ground floor. There are two steps outside to access the front and back door.
The interior of the building reflects its historic character. The floors may creak and have slight slopes, adding to the old-world charm. The original windows, while less airtight, also contribute to the apartment’s unique appeal. As the building is not soundproofed, you may hear ambient noise, including footsteps from the upstairs neighbor. These features are part of the authentic experience of staying in a heritage property.
The driveway leading to the parking lot at the back is narrower than normal, as it was designed before the advent of the automobile. It is important to drive with caution. It is not possible to turn around in the parking lot: you must enter from the front and back up to exit, or back up to enter and exit from the front.
The building, with its period charm, is located on Maguire Avenue, where the shops are a little further away, but many pedestrians pass by the building throughout the day. It is also possible to hear the sounds of the neighborhood and passersby at times, as well as the city bus that passes regularly. For those looking for an ultra-quiet environment, this lively location may not be suitable.
To make your arrival more comfortable, a basic inventory of supplies is already in place: toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, laundry detergent and fabric softener, garbage bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, cleaning products, hand soap, body wash, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, cooking oil, salt, pepper, and a few basic spices. For mid-term stays, we follow a chain of kindness: each guest replaces what they use so the next one finds the same level of supplies. These items are there to make your arrival easier and to maintain everyone’s comfort.
The cleaning fee only covers cleaning after your departure. You are responsible for keeping the apartment clean and in good condition during your stay. If you require cleaning service during your stay, an additional fee will apply.
The building is equipped with security cameras outside. One camera is installed at the main entrance, monitoring access to the front door, and another is placed at the back, covering the parking area. They record continuously for security purposes.

If you are arriving by highway, take the exit for Laurier Boulevard towards Old Quebec, then follow it to the intersection with Maguire Avenue. Parking is located at the rear of the building, accessible via the driveway on the right. Your parking space is identified with your apartment number.
The building is also well served by Quebec City's public transit network (RTC). Nearby, Laurier Boulevard is a major thoroughfare with the Metrobus 805, providing quick access to downtown, Sainte-Foy, and Laval University. Buses also run along Maguire Avenue, providing quick connections to major parts of the city. Route 16 runs directly along the avenue, while Route 11 is just a short walk away.
